Check-in process was a breeze. Kami diberi key card dan beberapa voucher diskon yang bisa dipakai di merchant partner dan fasilitas yang ada didalam hotel.

Kami menginap di tipe kamar Deluxe dengan twin bed. Memilih kamar yang non-smoking. Ya, Grand Jatra memiliki 2 jenis kamar yang berbeda, smoking dan non-smoking. Keduanya berada di lantai yang berbeda. Kamar smoking ada di lantai 6 dan 9 sedangkan non-smoking di lantai 7 dan 8.

Interior di kamar terasa mewah. Dilengkapi dengan TV dan fasilitas free-wifi berkecepatan sedang. View dari kamar kami menghadap ke sisi kiri hotel. Terlihat jejeran ruko-ruko yang merupakan ciri khas kota Pekanbaru. Dari kejauhan, berdiri megah Mesjid An-nur. Salah satu icon kota ini. Betah berlama-lama di kamar!

Restoran ini melayani kebutuhan "kampung tengah" selama 24 jam! Dine in atau special room service ke kamar? Semuanya akan dilayani! Kapanpun terasa lapar, bisa telpon atau langsung ke restoran. Menu signature di Bellagio adalah Bebek Goreng Jatra, daging bebek yang empuk dengan sambal yang nendang! Must try kalau kesini.

Restoran ini terbuka untuk umum, tidak hanya untuk tamu hotel saja. Hang out di salah satu meja "bundar"nya dan nikmati pemandangan kolam renang yang ... refreshing!

Ada setiap hari Jumat mulai dari jam 7 malam. Untuk para pencinta daging, disinilah tempatnya. Harganya Rp 150.000 nett/person.

- East Meet West

Ada setiap hari Sabtu mulai dari jam 7 malam. Buffet ini menyajikan perpaduan antara kuliner timur dan barat. Dari sushi, tepanyaki, pasta, kuliner nusantara dan makanan eropa lainnya disajikan disini.

Sky Pool

Fasilitas kolam renang ini berada di bagian luar restoran. Tidak hanya untuk tamu hotel, Sky Pool juga terbuka untuk umum. Boleh diakses dari jam 7 pagi sampai dengan jam 8 malam. HTM-nya Rp 100.000 (dewasa) dan Rp 70.000 (anak-anak). Ada aktifitas live cooking juga dengan tema berbeda setiap minggunya disini.
